The Land

The Singing Vegetable Patch: This animated show will show you how many vegetables are out there and how good they taste and how good they are for you, just press the button and listen too them sing. No restrictions apply.

The Lands Musical Farm: Come to the farm and meet all your favourite farm animals and join in a sing-along. Learn what the role of each farmyard animal involves while having fun and adventure. No restrictions apply.

The Big Red Play Barn (Indoor Play Area): Take your children to the play barn and relax in a chair while they enjoy all the soft play equipment, one area is designed for 5 to 12 years and one section for the under 5’s. Children under 90cm must be accompanied by an adult. Upper and lower body control required.

Farmyard Outdoor Play Area: As you leave the Big red play barn there is the outdoor play area with slides, climbs and elevated walks. This is an unsupervised attraction where parents are expected to supervise their own children. Upper body and lower body control required.

Pump and Push Carts: We have found a new mode of transport so try your hand at riding them and see what good exercise this is. This is an unsupervised attraction where parents are expected to supervise their own children. Upper & lower body control required.

John Dear Tractor training area: Hitch up your trailer to a tractor and learn how to drive them. No restrictions, must have upper and lower body control.

The Big Green Tractor: Jump on to the tractor and take a ride round the farmyard to look at all your favourite farm animals. Children under 120cm must be accompanied by an adult. Wheelchair users must transfer to carriage, must have upper body control.

The Pottery Studio: If you fancy yourself as an artist, why not pop into the studio and try your hand at painting a pot to take away with you. Additional charge. No restrictions apply.

The Giant Vegetable Patch: Discover the magic of the land. Dig into the land and find the root vegetables in the soil and learn how to identify them. You can keep the item and take it home or you can take it to the cookery school and be taught in a fun way how to prepare it and cook it. No restrictions apply.

The Rivers of Life: Join us on this journey through a typical rural landscape of farming life. Our farming specialist will tell you how the crops in the fields become food on our plates and will help you understand where our food comes from and how we may produce it in the future. Wheelchair users must transfer to boat, must have upper body control. Children under 120cm must be accompanied by an adult, no babes in arms.

Re-cycling Centre: – Come along and join us, here you can learn the easiest way to re-cycle all your household rubbish. Let your children join in and learn whilst having fun. No restrictions.
