The Jurassic River: Take a trip along the Jurassic River as our explorer takes you on a journey through the Jurassic era as he points out the creatures that can be seen along the river bank. Wheelchair users need to transfer to boat, must have upper body control. Children under 120cm must be accompanied by an adult. No babes in arms.
Tree Top Viewing Tower: Rise into the air to find the panoramic views of the evolution area of the park spanning out below you. Wheelchair users must transfer to carriage, must have upper body control. Children under 120cm must be accompanied.
Flight Simulator: Climb aboard the flight simulator and experience what it is like to live in the times of the dinosaurs. Wheelchair access available. Children under 120cm must be accompanied by an adult. Children und 90cm must use non-moving seats. Due to the darkness and noise in this attraction younger children may become scared.
Junior Archaeologist: Help to uncover a dinosaur skeleton hidden in a rock in the school room and help out on the dig sites to expose even more bones. There is an additional charge for this attraction. No restrictions apply.
Climb Zone: Test your climbing skills, be brave and harness your expertise by climbing the main tower in the centre. If you are more faint hearted try the smaller climbs around the area. This is a physical activity and persons using it must have full upper and lower body control. On lower climbs parents must supervise their children at all times. On the main tower children must be 1.1m. People over 16yrs not permitted to use.
Tree Walks: Take a walk 4m above the ground, as you make your way around, place your hands in the various boxes and guess what the contents are. Along the tree walks there will be display signs to describe the scenes below. Wheelchair accessible, no restrictions apply.
Exploration Digs: Experience the feeling of being on an archaeological dig, looking for evidence of dinosaurs such as their fossilised remains. You will start at the bone yard to be briefed on how to find fossils. Then armed with the necessary tools head down to the dig site. Once you have sufficient evidence of a particular species take it back to the bone yard for your findings to be assessed. Back in the bone yard the expedition leader will help to date your find and will issue a certificate for your successful work done. No restrictions apply.
Mineral Wash: Collect your pans and tools from the bone yard and your ready to sift through the troughs for hidden gem stones. Once you find the stones they can be taken into the bone yard and assayed as to their age and how they were formed. No restrictions apply.
The Cretaceous Crawl: Walk through this display of creatures that existed during the cretaceous period, with exhibit boards associated with every dinosaur. Due to the nature of the attraction walkways are uneven. No restrictions apply.
