Baby Care - Baby changing facilities are provided in Evolution and Land, within the toilet complex. Microwave’s are available for the heating of babies bottle’s and food in both catering outlets. Baby food, fresh milk and fruit can be purchased in the Waterside Restaurant. A small range of nappies, dummies, etc are available from Guest Relations.

Wheelchair Hire - These can be hired from Guest Relations.

Lost Children - Our free lost children service is available from Guest Relations, simply call in, pick up a sticker and put your mobile phone number on, in the event of your child being found, we will call you. To report lost children please go to the nearest manned outlet.

Lost and found - All lost property is returned to Guest Relations at the end of the day, please report any lost items here. Lost property will be stored for two weeks before being forwarded to charity.

Re-admission - One person per party is allowed out to the car park to collect items, a valid entry ticket and a hand stamp is required to obtain re-entry.

Inclement Weather - In severe weather conditions, certain rides may have to close for safety reasons. No refunds can be given for wet weather.

Smoking - It is prohibited in all areas of the site apart from in designated smoking zones.

Supervision - It is the responsibility of each parent or guardian to supervise those children within their care and ensure they follow all safety notices and guidelines. On many of our rides and attractions an adult does have to accompany a child, an adult is classed as 16yrs or above.

Ride closing times - Our park closing time is detailed at the main entrance, this is the time that our rides will close. On busy days, queues may be closed prior to park closing time to allow the ride to close on time.
